International Shipment
Typically, all international shipments are shipped out from our San Jose warehouse. Thus inbound freight charge and lead time applies for non-local stock. Posted price assumes shipping within U.S. International customers are encouraged to check the cost of domestic shipping to our FOB location with one of our sales persons. International shipments are always sent with Duties & Taxes payable by the recipient. ACOS is not responsible for Duties or Taxes due on International shipments. If a landed price is quoted, the landed price only includes the freight cost, NOT the duty and taxes. more details...
Product Warranties and Returns
Products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranty (unless otherwise stated). Generally, customers can submit an RMA request within 21 days from the date of their purchase. The product must be in brand new, UNOPENED condition. But, there are some exceptions. The following are Non-Returnable, Non-Cancellable, and DOA replacements only.
- CPU, Memory, or Flash Drives
- Discontinued or End-of-Life Product
- Factory Refurbished Product
- Special Order and Manufacturer Direct Ship Product
- Customized or Configured Product
- Non-stock Product (as permitted by supplier)
Restocking fees apply for all non-defective returns. Returned items are not accepted after 21 days of purchase. If the product is opened or damaged in any way, it will not be accepted. Defective warranty claims must be submitted to the manufacturer after 21 days.

RMA Policy
The return of a purchased product is an exception in business transactions. Customers purchase product with the intent of placing it in service for their customer in some form, either by itself or in a finished product.
The product sold is assumed to be in new condition (unless otherwise identified), fully conforming to manufacturers specifications. The RMA system addresses purchased products that do not meet the manufacturer’s specifications, or are not in the sold condition (new or refurbished). more details...
