Placing your Order
We offer four ways for you to place your order with ACOS -- by Phone, Online, Email and Fax. ACOS gladly accepts all U.S Government contract/ scheduled orders, credit cards, and formal purchase orders.

Placing your Order by Phone
To place your orders by phone or to have any presales questions and RFQs answered, please call any of the dedicated Government Sales Team members below.

Placing your Order Online
To place your orders online please use our secured website. When placing orders online and shipping to APO/FPO locations please check UPS shipping options and put in the special notes to shipping to an APO/FPO and one of our dedicated Government Sales Specialist will call or email you with accurate shipping charges before we process your order. This helps us here at ACOS to provide you with the most accurate shipping rates through the USPS.

Placing your order through Email
To place your order through email, simply email us a hard copy purchase order or send a detailed email with billing and shipping information along with all credit card information (name on card, billing address, and card number/expiration and security code) along with items and shipping service you are requesting. When you have this ready to be processed please email to gov.sales@applied-computer.com and a dedicated sales representative will process your request and send you an order confirmation the following business day.

Placing your Order by Fax
To place your order by fax, simply fax us a hard copy purchase order to 408-551-6882 attention Government Sales Team. Please be sure to include shipping and billing locations on the PO along with the type of terms you would like us to honor. We would also like to request that you include a point of contact and an email address so we can send this individual a copy of his or her receipt along with tracking information once the order has been completed.

Shipping Methods
Applied Computer Online Services has outstanding shipping rates with FEDEX. We also do provide UPS, DHL and USPS upon request. To use one of these other options just make a note on your order or call us toll free at 800-609-1702 and speak to one of the dedicated Government Sales Team Specialist or you can email us at gov.sales@applied-computer.com to make this request.
